Founded in 1987, incorporated in 1990. Since then we have grown to a portfolio of serving over 75 apartment communities with 35 employees. We offer our customers painting, drywall repair, acoustic, knockdown texture, wall paper stripping and stringent mold remediation tactics. Specialty work includes the ability to spray Zolotone (tm), Multispec (tm) and many different epoxies on tile and cabinets.

We are proud members of the St. Louis Apartment Association as well as the Apartment Association of Kansas City. In 2003 we were graciously awarded the "Local vendor of the year" award in St. Louis and are again nominated for 2005.
