Answers:

1. Can you handle a property that turns 30 or 40 units a month?

 

Absolutely. We thrive on that. A property that has that many turns will be assigned a painter and he will report there every day until you tell him he is not needed. You will see the same face and get to know your painter on a personal level.

 

2. Would you be interested in a property that has only 30 or 40 units?

 

Yes. We are interested in all apartment communities and you can expect the exact same service on a 40 unit property as you would on a 500 unit property. All of our customers are important to us.

 

3. When necessary can you have and apt painted the next day we call?

 

Absolutely. We understand your business and accomadate you in any way we can. A one day turn is no problem for us, although for scheduling reasons we would appreciate a couple days notice when possible.

 

4. Do you carry workmans comp and liability insurance?

 

Absolutely. Upon receiving the invitation to work on your property, you will receive copies of both policies. We exceed what most management companies want as minimun policies.

 

5. Who will supply the materials...paint, etc.

 

Your property can be bid either way. We dont mind if our customer supplies the material. We also dont mind if we have to supply the material.
